Amanda got an opportunity to race the Lista Office Junior Series at Dijon. The ride was offered for Amanda to experience the feel of this BMW powered car. “I was pleased to get the chance to experience what this team had to offer.” Amanda said after the first qualifying session.

  Amanda went to the track to race with the Swiss Championship, when she was offered a seat in the Formula BMW. “Two rides in one weekend....I’ll take it! The car was as responsive as my FSCCA car back home. ” Some minor glitches in the electrical system took Amanda out of the first race. “We found some loose wires on the master switch which was causing the car to quit and restart, making the gauges go wild and the car buck violently. Tomorrow will be a better day.”

  The second day went much better. Amanda had an excellent start, and the car held together throughout the race. “What a wonderful ride. I can’t thank the team and Lista Office enough for this chance to drive their car.”

  Amanda is looking to return for a few events towards the end of the season for another chance at the car.
